Trade customers should not place their orders on this website. Details on how to place your orders are included in the welcome email sent when your account has been approved.
All orders placed on www.palmcentre.co.uk are considered retail orders and pricing does not reflect the discount a trade customer is entitled to.
Can I request a refund for my trade orders placed on palmcentre.co.uk?
Unfortunately, you cannot request to have prices readjusted once the order has been placed on our website.
The order will be delivered from our Web Orders Department, which is a separate location from the nursery.
