Order online by 11 AM, Monday to Friday for delivery the next day (Tuesday to Saturday).
FAST TRACK Orders
This service is EXCLUSIVELY available for online orders, only for selected areas, and on qualifying orders under 15Kg.
FAST TRACK Shipping orders are processed the same day if received by 11 AM, or shipped the next working day for orders placed after 11 AM.
This service is not available for orders placed at the checkout desk in the nursery, or over the phone.
This service is not available for registered trade customers.
FAST TRACK Shipping
Shipping is done on overnight tracked service with APC Overnight couriers.
Due to the nature of the service and other factors like stock availability, delivery is not guaranteed as advertised.
In case of failure to deliver, a refund from the FAST TRACK delivery fee to the Standard delivery fee will be given. The Palm Centre, nor its suppliers and partners, do not accept any other liability for direct or indirect losses incurred to to failure to deliver the goods within the advertised timeframe.
FAST TRACK Weather conditions
If weather conditions pose a risk to the plants, FAST TRACKed orders will be automatically downgraded to standard orders and put on hold until the weather conditions improve.
