Standard Delivery

Sit back, relax, the order is on its way to you. We will send your order to your home or work address. Simply select in “Your Basket” the first option for delivery, which will adjust depending on the total weight of your order.

We do our best to send out your order within 5 working days, but it may be longer in our busy periods. Don’t worry, we will advise you by email when it’s being dispatched.

Usually, we like to relax too so we don’t deliver at the weekends as the delivery surcharge is quite high. However, if there’s any reason you insist, we are happy to quote for Saturday delivery.

Our partner couriers aim to deliver all the boxes up to 30 kg the next working day after dispatch, and the larger orders packed on pallets within 2 working days. However, depending on the road traffic, technical conditions that are independent of us, the delivery time frame is NOT guaranteed. Please let us know if you need a guaranteed delivery and we will try to accommodate that.

We pack our plants with care in order to keep them in best possible conditions during their journey to you. We use several couriers, who handle our packages with care and are very reliable.

You don’t need to wait at home for our courier to deliver. We don’t ask for a signature when a delivery drop is made. You can use the field “Special Delivery Instructions” to indicate to the driver where he/she can leave the goods so as to keep them safe until you return home.

Our plants are special: small, big, light and heavy, compact or fluffy. Because we work with all these type of plants, your delivery charge will depend on the total order weight, not on the volume. We will not pack them tight to save space, but leave room for the plants to breathe during transport.
