Some of our unique specimen plants are available to purchase only at our nursery in Richmond. Once you have hand selected your choice of plants, we can arrange suitable bespoke delivery logistics.

You will find an amazing range of mature specimens at our nursery and some rare ones too. These large and rare specimens are often limited in quantity and require a little more planning to delivery to your home and garden.

There’s nothing quite like seeing a plant in person before you take it home. Our nursery is home to hundreds of rare and mature plants that don’t appear on the website – some of which are one-of-a-kind.

Our knowledgeable staff will be on hand to guide you, whether you’re selecting a focal point for your garden or planning a complete planting scheme.

You’ll also be able to explore companion plants, accessories, and expert advice you won’t get online. Strolling through the nursery can spark inspiration and help you make more confident choices for your outdoor space.

Many of the in-store-only plants are large specimens, often used as statement pieces in the garden. We offer tailored delivery options for oversized or heavy plants—just speak to a member of our team during your visit. We’ll help arrange a convenient and safe way to get your chosen plants to their new home.

For local addresses, we offer dedicated van delivery and careful handling by our trained staff. If you’re coming from further away, we’ll happily help you arrange third-party transport or suggest suitable packaging for collection.

The Palm Centre is open to general public and professionals 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday.
