I want to make a complaint who should I speak with?

Can you advise me when new stock arrives?

At the moment we are unable to keep a notification list on new arrivals in stock. Please send us an email and we may be able to advise when it is most likely to find a certain plant in stock.

Can you offer advice on plants I have purchased from other nurseries?

As we do not know the cultivation history of these plants, we cannot offer advice as it could be incorrect. Please contact the nursery/garden centre where you purchased the plants for further advice and plant passport.

Will you buy or take away a plant I no longer need?

Due to phytosanitary regulations, we are not allowed to purchase plants from a private grower. All our plants need to come from traceable sources and carry with them a phytosanitary certificate.

If you want to sell your plants that you no longer need or want in your garden, we recommend listing them on marketplace platforms or on social media.

I am going on holiday will you look after my plants?
