Ordering from the nursery
Can I choose my plants when I come to the nursery?
Absolutely! We know that when it comes to larger specimens that will be a focal point of your landscaping project, a certain look or shape is important. You are more than welcome to browse through our stock and select the plants you prefer.
Can I request a specific day for delivery?
If you place your order with one of our Sales team, a delivery date can be arranged. Please be advised that our colleagues will do their best to accommodate any request, provided there are slots available to meet your requirements
Can you carry plants through my house when you deliver?
We are not insured to go through customer’s homes. All items purchased from us are delivered to the front of the property, the front garden or driveway. One of our drivers may be able to carry larger plants through a side gate, provided there is level access. For third party carriers, delivery can only be to the front of your property.
Do you offer home visits to assess sickly plants?
We cannot provide home visits. If the plants you purchased from us show signs of a disease or stress, the best course of action would be to contact us via email with a few pictures of the plant. Our colleagues will do their best to assess the situation and recommend a solution.
Can you design a planting plan for me?
Even though our colleagues have a wealth of experience with plants, we do not have the landscaping expertise to design a garden for you. However, we can recommend a landscape designer.
Do you offer a landscaping service?
Sorry, we do not but we do have several landscapers we can recommend.
