Can I visit the location where my plants are shipped from?

Unfortunately, the Web Orders Department cannot be visited by the general public. If you’d like to visit The Palm Centre, please visit our Nursery.

When will I receive my online order?

If you placed your order online, tracking is available at https://www.palmcentre.co.uk/tracking

Have your order reference and delivery postcode at hand to track it. Once an order is shipped, it will be delivered the next working day if shipped as a parcel, or between 2 and 4 days if it’s a larger order on a pallet.

Orders that are delivered in London area by our vans are shipped on a same day service.

Do you deliver at weekends?

Our parcels are delivered Monday to Saturday without any surcharge. A special Saturday service is available for orders placed by Thursday noon.

Can I request a specific day for delivery?

We are doing our best to accommodate specific delivery dates. However, because most of our orders are shipped via couriers, delays can occur which are out of our control. Please contact our Web Customer Support for arranging a delivery on a dedicated day.

Where are my plants being left if I’m not home when delivered?

They will be left at the front of your property, somewhere safe if this is specified. We cannot take plants through your home into the garden.

For special situations when help is required, please contact our Web Customer Support to make arrangements with the courier prior to placing an order.

Do you sell compost online?

Due to the weight of compost, it is very expensive to ship, therefore we do not sell compost online. For larger orders already placed, that go on pallets, we can add compost to your order. Please contact us for details.

Can you pot up my plants into ornamental pots?

With an increased risk of damage during delivery, we cannot pot plants into ornamental pots before delivery. The best solution is to hire a gardener to do this once the pots and plants have been delivered.

Can you send me an image of my plant before delivery?

Most plants in stock are fairly uniform in size and shape and our plant pictures online offer a very good guide to the plant you will receive. Variations are expected from the pictures displayed, as plants are living organisms and will each develop slightly differently.

Can you match one of your plants with one I already have?

For such a specific request we kindly ask you visit the nursery and make the selection yourself. When placing an order online for 2 or more of the same size plant we will try to make sure they are as matching as possible.

Can I amend my order once it has been processed and scheduled for dispatch?

Orders received online can be amended up to 48 hours before dispatch. Call our Web Customer Support team or send us an email and we’ll do our best to accommodate the request.

My plant arrived damaged what should I do next?

For any problems regarding damages in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with pictures showing the damage. Include in your email details about the order number or delivery address to allow us to help you faster.

Can I return the plants I purchased from you?

You can return the plants to us if they are still in the same conditions as they were shipped, no questions asked within 30 days from purchasing. During this time, you need to make sure that the plants are kept in adequate conditions and are well watered.
