Shipping times and deliveries
IMPORTANT! The date indicated in the product page is the shipping date, NOT delivery date.
Packing live plants for courier delivery is a very labour intensive task. Our colleagues are doing their best to protect the plants whist in transit to you. Because of this, sometimes it takes a bit longer than expected to have your order shipped.
Scheduling
All orders received are being scheduled on a first-come first-served basis. However, at times, due to capacity constraints, we may have to delay certain deliveries due unavailability of courier services, difficulty of delivering to a certain area, restrictions imposed by the courier, weather conditions etc.
When scheduling an order we’re taking all these factors into account and find the optimum shipping day that will have the minimum impact on plants.

Picking and packing
All orders are checked and products availability is checked at this stage. If there are any issues regarding the stock, we will contact you and advise.
Our colleagues are doing their best to pack the plants securely to be able to withstand transit. This is a labour intensive procedure and every plant needs to be individually packed.
Shipping
Once a plant is packed, we’ll route it using the most appropriate courier. All plants are watered before leaving our nursery. Any delay in delivery will have a minimal impact on plants.
For parcels under 30 kg, this will be done via an overnight service that delivers Monday to Saturday. The service is tracked and you’ll receive a tracking number on the day of the dispatch.
For orders in excess of 30 kg, we’re dispatching using a pallet haulier, which delivers Monday to Friday. This service is not tracked and not timed.
Please make sure you leave us an instruction of a safe place where your plants can be delivered, to avoid delays.
Delivery
On the delivery day, the overnight courier will send you an email with a 2 hour slot for the delivery. If the courier cannot find you at home, they will do their best to follow the delivery instructions.
For pallets, the service is not tracked. Transit time is between 1 and 3 days. Please get in touch with us if you need to have a more precise time for your delivery. The pallets are delivered kerb-side or on your driveway, if available. The driver will attempt to give you a call about one hour before delivery.
Please be advised that the pallet itself is considered packaging material and the driver will not take it back. Please dispose of it responsibly.
