The Euphorbias are one of the largest families of plants, present on all continents except Antarctica, with more than 2000 species and countless cultivars. Euphorbia characias originates in areas around the Mediterranean sea, where it prefers to grow in dry and rocky areas. It does not mind the salty terrains, making it a perfect plant for coastal gardens.
Euphorbia ‘Humpty Dumpty’ is a fairly recently selected cultivar of the popular Mediterranean Spurge. You’ll love this plant’s compact growth – it reaches half the dimensions of the plain species. Plus, it’s extremely easy to care for – just give it some sun and water occasionally and it will thrive.
