Needs good drainage and grows best in a position of sun or light shade in a soil that doesn’t dry out.

Cryptomeria japonica ‘Globosa Nana’ is a dwarf, evergreen conifer of extremely dense habit, slowly growing into a tightly packed dome of slightly drooping branches that are closely clothed with fresh, pale green leaves.
In winter the leaves can take on rusty-red hues, as though sprayed with an air brush – a subtle and charming effect.
Dwarf Japanese Cedar is best in a position of sun or light shade in a soil that doesn’t dry out. Sometimes encountered under its old name of Cryptomeria japonica ‘Lobbii Nana’
