Trees & Shrubs Growth Fuel
£8.95
Enhance the growth and health of your trees and shrubs with our specialist fertiliser. This balanced, controlled release formula delivers essential nutrients throughout the year, to promote robust growth and vibrant foliage.
Ideal for both deciduous and evergreen varieties, it provides continuous nourishment for up to a year, perfect for potted or garden planted specimens.
How to apply the Trees & Shrubs Growth Fuel
Spread evenly at 60g (10–11 tbsp) per square metre beneath the canopy area, gently mixing the granules into the top layer of soil or covering lightly with mulch.
For potted trees and shrubs, apply 5g (1 heaped teaspoon) per initial 10L of pot volume, plus an extra 1g per additional litre. When planting or transplanting, blend directly into the planting soil.
After application, water thoroughly to activate controlled nutrient release. Avoid overfeeding to maintain optimal plant health.
When to apply the fertiliser
Give your trees and shrubs their annual boost by applying Trees & Shrubs Growth Fuel once each year in late winter or early spring, before buds begin to swell.
This carefully timed feed coincides perfectly with the plants’ transition from dormancy to active growth, providing the essential nutrients needed to develop lush foliage, sturdy branches, and vibrant colour throughout the growing season.
